Automated scraping, downloading, or bulk distribution of assets.

3. Intellectual Property

All assets sold on GP Digital remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You do not obtain ownership rights by purchasing or downloading an asset.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your purchase (e.g., corrupted file, missing content), contact our support team within 7 days for assistance.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate these Terms, misuse our assets, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

GP Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital assets or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
